Analyzing TALIS Indicators and PISA Results with Data Envelopment: Comparison of EMS, DEAP and R Software

The Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) the Programme for Student Assessment (PISA) are large-scale measurements about teaching learning. There is a link between TALIS indicators PISA results. We investigated which countries effective according to as inputs 2015 mathematics, scientific, reading literacy scores outputs in this research. Common 24 countries' data from 2013 were analyzed. Data envelopment analysis was used quantitative Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal found be EMS 1.3, DEAP-XP 2.1, R-4.0.3 software input-oriented CCR model. Canada, Estonia, Japan, BCC results obtained model differ partially. Italy Norway should taken reference mostly by ineffective getting better score both models analyzing with R-4.0.3.
